By accessing or using mnamio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
mnamio is a team lunch coordination tool that allows users to create organizations, suggest restaurants, vote on options, and decide on a lunch destination. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated or changed at any time.
3. Accounts and Organizations
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use mnamio. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each organization is created and managed by its owner, who is responsible for inviting members and managing settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: uploading harmful or illegal content, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, using the Service to spam or harass others, or interfering with the normal operation of the Service.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (restaurant names, photos, messages). By submitting content, you grant mnamio a non-exclusive license to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.
6. Free and Paid Plans
mnamio offers a free plan limited to 5 members per organization. Paid plans unlock additional members and features. Pricing is displayed on the website and may change with reasonable notice. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service and do not sell personal information to third parties.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mnamio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
