When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store this information to identify you within the Service. We also store content you create — such as restaurant suggestions, votes, reactions, and lunch photos — in order to operate the Service.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide and improve mnamio. This includes displaying your name and avatar to teammates, powering the voting and poll features, and sending in-app notifications. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies to keep you signed in across sessions. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will sign you out of the Service.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Convex, a cloud database provider. Data is stored in the EU or US depending on your region. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
5. Photos
Lunch photos you upload are stored in our cloud storage and visible to members of your organization. You can request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting us.
6. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to operate the Service (e.g. our hosting and database providers). If you connect a Slack integration, your organization's poll notifications are sent to your configured Slack channel.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@mnamio.app. If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children
mnamio is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
